Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all deposits and payments made to Azania Custom Technologies (Pty) Ltd (trading as Azania Web Studio) through our online checkout, processed by our payment gateway PayFast.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on project activation deposits. If you change your mind for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Where significant project work has already been delivered and accepted in writing within that 30-day window, refunds may be pro-rated against the work completed — this will always be communicated openly before any deduction is made.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@azaniacustomtech.co.za with your order reference, full name, and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5 business days via PayFast.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time typically adds a further 3–7 business days.

3. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of further service.
